Lead Machine Learning Engineer

• Strong Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering experience with hands-on ownership of developing and deploying production ML models.

• Strong Python experience and the ability to build production-quality software, with exposure to technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes, and real-time model serving environments.

• Experience working on recommendation systems, ranking, search, personalization, NLP, deep learning, real-time prediction, or other ML problems where models directly influence production decisions.

• Experience taking ML systems from development through production, ideally within a startup or high-ownership engineering environment. xrbllit AdTech, streaming, marketplace, auction, or similar experience is a strong plus.

They are looking for a Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer who will own machine learning problems end-to-end, from developing and evaluating models through productionization, deployment, and ongoing improvement. The team is working across areas including ranking, prediction, pricing, and advertiser performance, with a major focus on building toward real-time model serving and decision-making.
