Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member., * Build and maintain ETL pipelines: design, build and support data pipelines using T-SQL stored procedures, PowerShell and Python, orchestrated through JAMS and SQL Agent.

  • Work on integrations: develop and support bidirectional Salesforce * SQL Server sync (Relational Junction, DBAmp) and secure file-based integrations (SFTP / GoAnywhere MFT) with clients and partners.
  • Design databases: create and evolve schemas, views, stored procedures and indexing strategies that scale with the business.
  • Tune performance: diagnose and fix slow queries and jobs using execution plans, Query Store, wait statistics and index analysis.
  • Ensure data quality: build validation and reconciliation checks so data stays accurate from source to report. Investigate and resolve discrepancies when they come up.
  • Build reporting: develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI datasets that support operations and decision-making.
  • Protect PHI: build solutions that meet HIPAA requirements, including least-privilege access, secure transfer and auditability.
  • Support production: monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot failures and drive root-cause fixes. Take part in on-call rotation for after-hours monitoring of critical jobs.
  • Follow engineering practices: use source control (Azure DevOps Git repositories), take part in code review, and follow change-management processes for production deployments.
  • Document your work: write and maintain technical documentation and runbooks, and help capture undocumented process knowledge.
  • Collaborate: work with operations leaders, analysts and clinical teams to clarify requirements and explain technical tradeoffs in plain language.

Requirements
