Senior Software Engineer (Laravel | Next.js | PostgreSQL)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working on modern technologies, and taking ownership of products used by real users.

You’ll be joining an existing engineering team to help accelerate the development of one of our flagship products.

The application is already in production and includes:

• Large Laravel backend

• Next.js frontend

• PostgreSQL database

• Existing MongoDB components (currently being migrated)

• Multiple third-party API integrations

• Background jobs & queues

• Scheduled cron jobs

• Dockerized infrastructure

• CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud-based deployment

You’ll work closely with our existing DevOps engineer to improve deployments, infrastructure, scalability, and application performance., * Develop new features for an enterprise-scale web application.

• Understand and work within an existing production codebase.

• Build and maintain Laravel APIs and backend services.

• Develop frontend features using Next.js and React.

• Complete the migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.

• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance.

• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs.

• Manage cron jobs, queues, scheduled tasks, and background workers.

• Collaborate with the DevOps engineer on deployments, CI/CD, and infrastructure improvements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
