- Upload and organize all site documentation (engineering packages, survey reports, close-out packages) in SiteTracker and Google Shared Drive per naming conventions.
- Maintain a centralized per-circuit/per-site tracker and all shared project folders (e.g. Google Shared Drive); ensure all team members have current, accurate circuit and site status.
- Manage site survey logistics: coordinate with the Network Architect & Engineer (Site Survey & Deployment), facilitate building access coordination.
- Manage TEC EWO workflow in M6: create and track engineering work orders, manage IP Tube related queue, escalate stalled orders.
- Identify, document, and escalate stalled or at-risk orders; follow up with carriers and internal teams to resolve order issues and document resolutions and lessons learned.
- Coordinate the deployment phase: manage site clustering, connectivity testing, and link cutover readiness confirmation; track all sites through each deployment phase gate.
- Schedule T1 migration events in coordination with the broader IP Tube project team; verify traffic stability post-cutover.
