DataCenter Technician

We are looking for a Data Center Field Ops Technician to support data center infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting., * Perform rack-and-stack, installation, and removal of servers and networking equipment.

• Install, route, label, and maintain copper and fiber-optic cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and cabling issues.
• Replace faulty components and assist with equipment upgrades.
• Maintain cable management, equipment inventory, and work-order documentation.
• Follow data center safety, security, and operational procedures.

• Experience in data center operations, hardware support, or field services.
• Knowledge of servers, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with fiber optics, rack-and-stack, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to work onsite and handle physical equipment installation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills., * Experience working in enterprise or hyperscale data centers.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and data center procedures.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant certifications are a plus.
