Job description
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and UX teams to implement AI-driven development practices.
- Enable AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, context engineering, and mob programming.
- Develop reference architectures, reusable prompts, coding standards, and semantic knowledge assets.
- Establish AI validation frameworks, quality controls, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Support legacy system analysis, semantic modeling, and knowledge extraction.
- Implement AI engineering toolchains, evaluation pipelines, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Mentor teams and convert delivery learnings into reusable best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or a modern cloud stack.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Replit.
- Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Strong solution architecture, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
