Job description
We are hiring a hands-on Data Center Technician for a 100% onsite position in Memphis, TN. This person will support day-to-day data center operations, including troubleshooting servers, replacing hardware components, performing system maintenance, and resolving hardware issues., * Troubleshoot and repair server hardware
- Replace components such as hard drives, NICs, GPUs, and other server parts
- Use Linux command line and review system logs
- Perform hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, and system testing
- Support basic networking troubleshooting
- Manage service tickets, parts inventory, and documentation
- Coordinate with support and data center facility teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on data center/server hardware experience
- Experience repairing and replacing server components
- Linux CLI and log troubleshooting experience
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 65 lbs and work on ladders
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required
- Schedule flexibility as needed
