As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop talent, manage project workstreams, and apply sound judgment when addressing complex client needs while supporting a culture of accountability, integrity, and practical use of technology. In this role at PwC, you will oversee solution design, implementation support, and client-facing problem solving across Salesforce consulting efforts, while helping teams deliver consistent results and strengthen their capability over time.ResponsibilitiesLeading Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementation workstreams across client engagementsGuiding requirement gathering, solution design, and process mapping for quote-to-cash initiativesManaging project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for complex technology programsCoaching team members on Salesforce administration, configuration, and release activitiesReviewing solution designs and build outputs for alignment with client needs and delivery objectivesCoordinating system integration across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected platformsOverseeing testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-launch support activitiesIdentifying process improvement opportunities and recommending automation within sales and revenue operationsTranslating business requirements into scalable application solutions and training materialsWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor’’s degreeAt least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You ApartPreference for a Master’’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information SystemsBringing Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud project leadershipManaging client-facing workstreams and delivery timelinesMentoring teams through complex solution designApplying systems thinking to business process challengesNavigating stakeholder conversations with professional courageTravel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
