IT Release Manager

This role is ideal for someone with strong IT Change Management and Release Governance experience who can take ownership of the end-to-end change process, coordinate multiple technical teams, and ensure production changes are implemented in a controlled, secure, and compliant manner., * Own and coordinate the end-to-end IT change and release management process.

• Plan, schedule, and govern releases across multiple technical teams and workstreams.
• Manage change approvals, risk assessments, release readiness, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Network, Application, and Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with change controls, audit requirements, and regulatory commitments.
• Manage release calendars, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and go/no-go decisions.

• Proven experience in IT Change Management, Release Management, and release governance.
• Prior experience working in a highly regulated industry; financial services or banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end change processes, beyond traditional project management.
• Strong coordination, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams.

Preferred Experience

• Cybersecurity remediation, infrastructure security, network segmentation, firewall changes, or security control initiatives.
• Experience coordinating complex production changes across multiple teams.
