IT Product Owner Agile

• End-to-end ownership of assigned IT solutions for the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) domain within Global IT across the full lifecycle, from ideation and design through delivery, operation and continuous improvement.
• Primary Product Ownership for Agile delivery teams, with accountability for maximizing business value and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Product backlog definition, maintenance and prioritization based on business value, customer needs, risk, dependencies and technical considerations.
• Translation of business requirements and outcomes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Agile ceremony leadership and facilitation including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives in close collaboration with the team.
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA and service management to ensure shared understanding and effective delivery.
• Solution design assurance to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, secure and compliant with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory standards.
• Delivery of high-quality solution increments across sprints and releases while safeguarding design integrity and usability.
• Monitoring of delivery progress, value realization and KPIs, with proactive identification of risks, impediments and dependencies and driving mitigation actions.
• Continuous product and working-method improvement through analysis of operational data, user feedback, incidents and adoption metrics.
• Contribution to solution roadmaps, alignment with adjacent products and platforms, and continuous optimization through simplification and automation.

Do you have experience in SAFe?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable solution delivery role.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with proven ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Deep understanding of the assigned capability, including business processes, KPIs, best practices and industry trends.
• Solid IT background with experience in application landscapes, integrations and modern software delivery environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items and deliver measurable value.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a structured and value-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership, accountability and decision-making capability in complex and dynamic environments.
• Agile certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
