• We are seeking a senior-level Product Owner to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact digital products within an Agile environment
• This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring product vision is clearly defined, prioritized, and executed by development teams
• You will partner closely with stakeholders, program leadership, and engineering teams to maximize product value and drive successful outcomes
• This is a hands-on, ownership-focused role requiring strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, * Own and manage the full product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and deliver maximum value
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, features, and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as the primary decision-maker for product scope, priorities, and release planning
• Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, clarify needs, and maintain alignment
• Work closely with development teams to ensure understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Monitor product progress, validate deliverables, and accept or reject completed work based on defined criteria
• Communicate status updates, risks, and progress clearly across teams and leadership
• Champion Agile best practices and help drive continuous improvement within the team

Do you have experience in Technical product management within tech?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a technical environment
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and delivery tracking
• Demonstrated ability to independently own products, drive decisions, and deliver results in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Product Owner (CSPO or equivalent)
• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments with cross-functional teams
