Requirements
- High proficiency in Figma and Figma best practices (Auto Layout, Slots, Components)
- Deep understanding of Figma features to drive design system implementation at scale (Tokens, Variants)
- Proven track record building and delivering patterns and components that account for accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Background contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Proven track record delivering design systems at scale
- Ability to deliver in-depth component documentation for cross-functional use
- Understanding of web development
- Familiarity with mobile-first responsive design and implementation of best practices
- History of collaborating with product and development teams through design xrbllit review and implementation of designs in code
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Figma’s branching and versioning features
- Comfort using Chrome Dev Tools to inspect code implementation details
- Familiarity with Figma’s branching and versioning features
