Business Analyst eCourts

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and end-user support to support eCourts projects. The ideal candidate will work on fast-paced initiatives involving the modernization of paper-based processes into web-based applications. Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with Pega is preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web-based applications.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, and workflows.
• Develop user interface and user experience mockups using design tools.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
• Prepare test plans, test scripts, and supporting testing documentation.
• Support application testing and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Create user training manuals and conduct user training sessions and demonstrations.
• Provide end-user support and collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.

• Four-year college degree or equivalent education.
• Experience working across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, workflows, and test documentation.
• Experience with end-user support and tools such as Microsoft Visio and Adobe XD.
• Ability to gather information through interviews, observation, surveys, meetings, and document reviews.
• Experience developing test plans and test scripts and conducting software testing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex business processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pega applications.
• Experience in end-user support, help desk, or customer service.
• Experience creating UI/UX mockups using Adobe XD or similar design tools.
• Experience with web-based application development or business process modernization projects
