Job description
- Design and build AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop RAG pipelines (ingestion, embedding, indexing, retrieval, generation).
- Build and query knowledge graphs to improve answer accuracy.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Evaluate and optimize output quality, latency, and cost.
Requirements
- 10+ years total IT experience; 4+ years in AI/GenAI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience with RAG and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
- Experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Cosmos DB Gremlin, or similar).
- Experience with LLM frameworks (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
Preferred
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Microsoft AI certifications
