Requirements
8+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, Product Management, or Program Management. Strong experience working with banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, or broader financial-services technology. Experience managing large-scale technology/product implementations. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Good understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, databases, and system integrations. Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization skills. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
