• Design and develop full stack applications, APIs, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services supporting millions of users.
• Build and maintain secure identity systems responsible for profile creation, validation, record merging, and identity resolution.
• Develop user-facing applications that allow members to manage and verify personal identity information.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and influence engineering strategy across teams.
• Drive engineering excellence through code quality, testing, observability, reliability, and technical mentorship.
• Build and maintain public-facing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Work with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, messaging services, and cloud-native technologies.
• Contribute to authentication, fraud prevention, identity proofing, and verification platforms.
• Handle highly sensitive personal information while maintaining strict privacy, auditability, and security standards.
• Champion AI-first software development practices and demonstrate the effective use of AI tools during the interview process.

1. Strong AI literacy and hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle

2. 8+ years of Full Stack development experience with React/TypeScript and Python, Go, or Java

3. The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
