We are Telecetera, with a Worcester-based Product Development Team and a mainly office-based, collaborative working culture. We work on our Connect SaaS product, used by hundreds of clients in the UK and South Africa, and support custom projects. We use Scrum with four-week sprints, manage work in Microsoft Azure DevOps, and have a digital-first, cloud-first approach. Team members can work from home on Thursdays, and we offer flexible hours, part-time working, and an inclusive, supportive environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £30,000-£45,000 per year. Benefits include additional leave, casual dress, company events, a company pension, a health and wellbeing programme, a referral programme, sick pay, and work-from-home options.
