Job description

Teradyne is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Release Manager to own the release lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM/Manufacturing applications. • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, monthly patches, environment refreshes, regression testing, production cutovers, and post-release validation.
  • Develop and publish an integrated release calendar, prioritized application backlog, roadmap, readiness criteria, go/no-go gates, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, business process owners, and Oracle Support to assess business impact, resolve defects, and coordinate feature adoption.
  • Build disciplined Agile delivery practices through backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and transparent stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure repeatable, SOX-compliant deployment and configuration-migration practices, including version control, peer review, testing evidence, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Sustain continuous improvement through test automation, CI/CD practices, release automation, lessons learned, and effective environment governance.
