In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of elicitation activities, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders, while independently driving the creation of high-quality deliverables that ensure clarity, accuracy, and reliability in all documentation and analysis.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, interactive charts, and reports following visualization best practicesCollaborate with the development team in end-to-end data migration and modernization projects, including ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loadingLead meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to define and prioritize business needsTranslate requirements into actionable insights, fostering seamless collaboration with the delivery team throughout the project lifecyclePerform data discovery, data assessment, and data profiling using SQL queriesPrepare source-to-target mappings, data models, data flows and related requirements documentationDefine and organize backlogs with epics, features, and storiesParticipate in and drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-Ups, Planning, Refinements, and RetrospectivesConduct User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholdersPrepare high-quality post-development and post-production materialsMonitor and ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables, working independently and in collaboration with the development team and customer stakeholdersRequirements5+ years of experience in data-related projects such as data migration, data transformation, data governance, BI, and AI3+ years of expertise in handling BI, DWH, Data and Analytical project requirements including gathering, documenting, presenting, estimating, and prioritizingProficiency in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologiesProven experience in working with large datasets and performing data profiling using SQL queriesStrong understanding of DWH fundamentals, Data Modeling and Data QualityProficiency in preparing source-to-target mappings for data ingestion, curation, and related processesExperience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data transformation, modeling, and visualizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in the customers communication languageAbility to produce high-quality documentation and reportsSelf-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and lead client interactionsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherNice to haveExperience with data on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCPAbility to create prototypes and mock-upsFamiliarity with the Data Governance frameworkExperience collaborating with data scientists and defining requirements for AI-focused featuresFamiliarity with AI tools for BI analysis, information elicitation, documentation, agile workflows and data analysisIndustry knowledge in oil and gas, finance, insurance, supply chain or marketingAbility to act as a Data Product Owner in analytical projects

• 5+ years of experience in data-related projects such as data migration, data transformation, data governance, BI, and AI
• 3+ years of expertise in handling BI, DWH, Data and Analytical project requirements including gathering, documenting, presenting, estimating, and prioritizing
• Proficiency in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience in working with large datasets and performing data profiling using SQL queries
• Strong understanding of DWH fundamentals, Data Modeling and Data Quality
• Proficiency in preparing source-to-target mappings for data ingestion, curation, and related processes
• Experience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data transformation, modeling, and visualization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the customers communication language
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and lead client interactions
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with data on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and GCP
• Ability to create prototypes and mock-ups
• Familiarity with the Data Governance framework
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and defining requirements for AI-focused features
• Familiarity with AI tools for BI analysis, information elicitation, documentation, agile workflows and data analysis
• Industry knowledge in oil and gas, finance, insurance, supply chain or marketing
