Задачи:

• Design and optimize user journeys throughout every stage of the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable eCommerce experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of the international Design System.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.

Требования:

• 8-10+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a focus on eCommerce, marketplaces or digital environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, responsive design and mobile-first design.
• Experience with Design Systems, analytics, CRO and A/B testing tools.
• C1 level of English, a proactive mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Portfolio featuring real products with a measurable impact on business metrics (conversion, engagement, revenue).
