Backend Web Developer

The Backend Developer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and evolving backend services and APIs for enterprise and industrial applications. The role focuses on backend development, while leveraging AI based tools and automation to efficiently support overall delivery speed.

Backend Development

• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data access layers
• Develop robust, maintainable, and testable backend code
• Work closely with Solution Architects to implement defined system designs

Engineering Practices

• Follow and actively contribute to engineering guidelines and best practices
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and consistency
• Contribute to technical documentation and shared standards

Agile Development & Planning

• Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
• Estimate tasks and contribute to delivery planning
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and platform teams

AI Driven Development & Automation

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Use AI based automation to support and generate code reviews and pull requests
• Contribute to automated workflows across build, test, and deployment pipelines

Quality, Performance & Reliability

• Ensure backend solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirement
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical debt
• Support production systems and continuous improvement

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Experience as a Backend Developer in enterprise or industrial environments

• Strong backend development skills (e.g. C# .NET, Entity Framework, APIs)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, data models, and service based architectures
• Experience working with databases and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, SQL, Databricks)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Practical experience using AI tools for development and automation
• DevOps knowledge is a plus, but not the primary focus, * High-quality, maintainable backend code
• Reliable and performant backend services
• Consistent application of engineering standards
• Effective collaboration within agile teams
• Increased development efficiency through AI utilization and automation
