A Snapshot of Your Day You work closely with a growing AI Development-Team to build and run reliable services for industrial AI applications. Your day combines focused development time in Python, collaboration on API and data flow design, and hands-on work with cloud services. You support the deployment and operation of machine learning models, discuss performance and scalability topics with the team, and continuously explore new technologies. Regular exchanges in an international environment ensure alignment, learning, and steady progress of the platform.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Development and maintenance of Python-based microservices forming the backend of AI applications
• Integration and operational support of machine learning models in production environments
• Management of data flows, scalability, and reliability within a cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS
• Collaboration with AI and engineering teams to ensure efficient data availability and model performance
• Contribution to robust and maintainable system architectures for industrial use cases
• Continuous improvement of the platform through learning and adoption of new technologies and AI frameworks, electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We

enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes,

building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and

integrated execution capabilities

• preferable IT-related studies
• Solid foundation in Python programming, including data structures and object-oriented or functional concepts
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as RESTful APIs and databases using SQL or NoSQL approaches
• Understanding of cloud fundamentals and strong motivation to deepen expertise, preferably in AWS
• Awareness of the AI lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, and deployment, considered a plus
• Ability to work in a self-organized manner with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
• Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly in a multinational, diverse team
