Desktop Support Technician

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician who enjoys helping people, solving technical issues, and making sure employees have the tools they need to be successful. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day desktop operations, including imaging devices, setting up workstations, deploying Windows 11, and assisting users with hardware, software, and mobile device support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes hands-on IT support, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops for new hires and existing employees
• Set up workstations, including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and connectivity
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices
• Provide support for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and other common tools
• Create, update, and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, device enrollment, and basic policy support
• Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting for company-issued phones and tablets
• Set up and support conference room technology, including displays, audio/video equipment, and meeting platforms
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, software, and peripheral issues
• Provide both onsite and remote support with a strong focus on customer service
• Maintain asset inventory, deployment records, and support documentation
• Help with workstation refreshes, office moves, and other IT support projects as needed

• Experience in desktop support, technical support, or IT help desk environments
• Hands-on experience with workstation setup, device imaging, and hardware deployment
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and general Microsoft desktop support
• Experience supporting Office 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management
• Experience supporting conference room technology is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a helpful, user-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
