IT Project Manager

Client is seeking an IT Project Manager I to support its Robotics team in firmware release coordination, beta testing operations, and program data analysis. This role will focus on coordinating project activities, tracking execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring visibility across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment. The selected candidate will collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, product development, and operations teams to translate technical requirements into actionable plans, maintain project documentation, and support timely program delivery. Responsibilities will also include coordinating beta tester feedback, facilitating issue follow-up, and transforming technical and testing data into clear, actionable program updates. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, highly matrixed environment. This contractor role will primarily focus on beta operations and project coordination, supporting both new product development and ongoing product improvements.

• Experience in project coordination, technical project management, testing operations, or technical support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining trackers, organizing data, and preparing program updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong follow-through and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and address challenges constructively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and project documentation.
• Experience supporting beta testing programs, firmware releases, or robotics and hardware product development.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes, issue triage, and product testing workflows.
• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Experience coordinating with external testers, vendors, or distributed teams., The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and action-driven professional who can connect information across teams, systems, and timelines.
