SAP FICO Lead Consultant (ECC & S/4HANA)

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Configure and support SAP FI and CO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.

• Drive Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for developments, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Support period-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership across project teams.

Experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. The candidate will lead Finance and Controlling workstreams, drive solution design, manage stakeholder interactions, and ensure successful project delivery across global engagements., * 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations and 1 S/4HANA implementation/conversion project.
• Expertise in FI and CO configuration and integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
• Experience in support, enhancement, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controlling processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.86/hour - $88.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
