Graphic Designer/Art Director

We are looking for someone who is extremely creative and who will become a positive part of our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., As a member in a highly interactive group environment, the candidate should possess the ability to both provide professional recommendations to multiple disciplines, as well as receive constructive criticism. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments at the same time is a must. The candidate must be organized and detail-oriented., Highly creative with 5+ years graphic design experience – Knowledge of the sporting goods industry a plus – Creative self starter – Ability to create unique and original graphics for both product and packaging – Knowledge of die lines a plus – Capable of giving design direction to a design team and execute start-up programs – Willing to take direction and make revisions as necessary – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail – Displays initiative and innovation on the job – Excellent written communication skills ability to write, edit, and proof read projects
