Boomi Integrator

• Payroll and timekeeping from a payroll perspective
• Roll out of the UGK Pro application which is their new timekeeping system
• Interacting with other configurators and developers on the team
• Team size is approx. 8 people

Typical Day in the Role

• Meeting twice a week
• Pick up where you left off from the day before
• Assigned different user stories that they will be in charge of testing and configurating
• Login to Jira (ticket system/user stories) go through these and configure the lower environment
• Hold bi-weekly team meetings to go over project status, things happening in the company, general updates, things coming down the pipeline
• Total integration ownership, gather requirements, asking questions, design docs, doing the actual coding and development, unit testing, deployment support

Education bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• UKG PRO must have 3-5 years of experience (Ultimate Kronos Group)

• Preferred 3-5 years with Kronos WFC software and Kronos workforce integration manager (WIM)

• Strong analytic skills be able to think through things
• Good communicator will need to be in charge of documentation, talk about issues clearly with other developers and business contacts

Top 3 skills:

• UKG PRO WFM must have 3-5 years of experience (Ultimate Kronos Group)
• 3-5 years with Boomi (coding software)
• Kronos workforce integration manager
