AI solutions Engineer

Our Fortune 500 client located in New York, NY is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, integrate, and deploy enterprise conversational AI agents and autonomous workplace assistants. This role will have a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure AI Search, RAG, and enterprise system integration., The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem and connecting those agents securely to enterprise applications, tenant data, APIs, and knowledge sources. You will collaborate closely with architects, Product Owners, security teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities while supporting solutions through deployment, production operations, and ongoing optimization.

Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying conversational AI agents and/or autonomous workplace assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Experience with Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and the Microsoft conversational AI ecosystem.

\n

Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service and LLMs.

\n

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent workflows, and enterprise AI application development.

\n

Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases.

\n

Experience developing secure enterprise integrations using Microsoft Graph API.

\n

Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and integrating AI applications with enterprise data.

\n

Experience developing or consuming custom APIs/API wrappers to connect AI agents with enterprise applications and backend systems.

\n

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, authentication, and data-access considerations.

\n

Experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services.

\n

Experience with DevOps practices supporting software development, deployment, and production operations.

\n

Experience working within Agile development environments.

\n

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills., Ability to work effectively with architects, Product Owners, security teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
