Consultant - Data & Integration

Support DOT’s transition to Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with a focus on HR data readiness, migration, integrations, and requirements. This is a hands-on consulting role working with HR, data, payroll, and technical stakeholders to prepare DOT’s data and interfaces for the new federal Core HCM environment.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n \n

• Analyze and improve HR data quality, including position, organizational, employee, and personnel action data.\n
• Support data profiling, cleanup, source-to-target mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.\n
• Document HCM data, business, and integration requirements.\n
• Analyze data flows and interfaces between Oracle Cloud HCM and existing HR, payroll, timekeeping, learning, and downstream systems.\n
• Support integration planning for FPPS and other DOT systems that will remain in operation.\n
• Facilitate requirements and data working sessions with HR and technical SMEs.\n
• Support data and integration testing, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.\n
• Identify and document data risks, dependencies, decisions, and migration issues.\n

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.\n
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting HCM/HRIS, data migration, systems integration, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation.\n
• Experience with data analysis, data quality, mapping, migration/conversion, or reconciliation.\n
• Experience gathering and documenting business, data, or integration requirements.\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.\n

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.\n, n \n

• Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience.\n
• HCM/HRIS data migration and integration experience.\n
• Knowledge of HR, position, payroll, or timekeeping data.\n
• Federal HR transformation experience.\n
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.\n
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification or relevant data certification.\n
