The ideal candidate will lead the design, coding, testing, and implementation of large-scale web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Rate Range: $56/Hour to $58/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Ruby on Rails Software Eng Responsibilities include:Design, develop, test, and implement scalable full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and modern front-end technologies.Build and maintain APIs and system integrations to support business-critical applications and services.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, capacity, and system reliability issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business partners, infrastructure teams, and external vendors, to deliver effective technology solutions.Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.Create and maintain technical documentation while contributing to CI/CD, testing, and DevOps best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.8-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails development.Strong expertise in API design, full-stack development (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Experience with GoLang or Java, along with exposure to CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
