Who Thrives Here You take ownership and follow through. You’re equally comfortable working alone or as part of a team, and you stay steady when critical systems are under pressure. Because you’ll work at the client’s site every day, you need to be polished and clear with stakeholders at every level. Above all, you care about reliability and getting the details right.
