Senior Agentic Software Engineer

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions in production environments. \n

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, TypeScript, or Go. \n

• Experience building cloud-native solutions in AWS and/or Azure, including CI/CD, APIs, containers, serverless technologies, and distributed systems. \n

• Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, LLM integrations, or agentic application architectures. \n

• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing strategies, refactoring, clean architecture, and code review best practices. \n

• Experience collaborating directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders to shape requirements and delivery plans. \n

• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. \n

• Design and develop production-grade agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native architectures. \n

• Build and deploy AI-enabled applications across AWS and/or Azure environments, including integrations with enterprise systems and business workflows. \n

• Lead software delivery using Spec-Driven Development (SDD), translating business needs into structured, implementation-ready specifications. \n

• Review and validate both human-written and AI-generated code, ensuring quality, security, maintainability, and architectural alignment. \n

• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and engineering standards that improve team velocity and scalability. \n

• Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to provide technical feasibility assessments, estimates, and solution recommendations. \n

• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on coaching while helping advance AI-assisted development practices across the organization. \n

• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies in enterprise environments. \n
