SAP HR Payroll Consultant - SC Cleared - Inside IR35

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a leading UK brand on a long term contract engagement in Brighton.

Inside IR35, SC Cleared candidates ONLY, Hybrid working set up, * Configure, enhance and support SAP HCM and Payroll.

• Investigate and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Design solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Produce functional specifications, solution designs and technical documentation.
• Estimate delivery effort and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support system improvements, projects and payroll-related changes.

• Proven SAP HCM experience across project delivery and live support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management and Time Management.
• Experience with payroll configuration, country-specific legal changes and HR processes.
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Workflow, ABAP, integrations and system security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in evolving SAP HR technologies.
