Job description

Umsetzung von Monitoring- und Troubleshooting Client Administration unter Windows XP und Windows 7 Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort Verwaltung sämtlicher technischer Einrichtungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client (XP und 7) Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen Gute Kenntnisse in der Windows User Administration Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend notwendig Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Serviceorientierung
