Application Support Analyst - Leatherhead, Surrey

An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client based in Leatherhead, Surrey. We are looking for an Application Support Analyst/Application Support Engineer who has experience supporting business applications. These will include; SharePoint, MS Teams, SAP Concur, iTrent, ServiceNow, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Dalux, EcoOnline, Salesforce etc. This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential for multiple extensions for the right candidate.

This will include acting as a primary point of contact for both technical and administrative support to general users across the organisation, coordinating with other internal technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders. Any previous experience supporting PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Claude AI, COINS Finance or ERP systems is highly desirable, as is any mobile workforce management software exposure. You will be dealing with varied levels of users including Directors/CXO’s, therefore you must have strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload, whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
