Data Scientist - 12 Month Contract - Hybrid in UK - Inside IR35

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from a variety of sources
• Develop experimental models and machine learning applications in Python
• Perform complex statistical analysis and interpret results
• Lead small teams in the development and maintenance of data science products, mentoring junior data scientists and providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with business partners to communicate key findings
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science

• 6+ years’ experience in data science
• Experience with problem framing and AI/ML metrics
• Evaluation and development of classical ML and LLM solutions
• Prompt engineering and RAG fundamentals
• Experiment design and model cards - desirable: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear stakeholder communication, leadership abilities, ability to work independently and negotiate priorities
