1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für interne und externe IT-Anwender Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Probleme im Hard- und Softwarebereich Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken Dokumentation und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil Kenntnisse in Windows, Linux und Netzwerktechnik Kundenorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
