Write robust, testable code and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Mentorship: (For Senior+ roles) Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex projects. Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (Level determined by interview performance). Technical Stack: Proficiency in [Insert Primary Language, e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript].
