We’re looking for experienced software engineers and AI-focused professionals to collaborate on software development, AI training, and technology-related projects.

Software Engineers

• Experience with one or more modern technology stacks, including JavaScript, React, Python, Node.js, PHP, C#, .NET, Java, Go, Ruby on Rails, Android, iOS, React Native, or Flutter.
• Responsibilities may include developing software, reviewing and improving code, troubleshooting technical issues, integrating APIs, and collaborating on project tasks.

• Software development experience, strong analytical skills, or experience evaluating AI-generated code and technical outputs.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI tools, or programming is beneficial.
• Responsibilities may include evaluating AI-generated code and responses, reviewing technical solutions, creating or assessing coding tasks, testing AI outputs, and providing structured feedback.
• Compensation ranges from $500 to $3,000 per month, depending on the project, responsibilities, workload, and agreed terms. Any success-based or revenue-sharing arrangement will be explained and agreed upon in writing before commitment.

Support and Junior Roles

• Assist development teams with non-coding tasks, documentation, and project coordination.
• Good English communication skills are required for team collaboration.
• No previous experience is required. Students, career changers, and candidates seeking a first opportunity are welcome.
• Candidates should be reliable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and meet agreed deadlines.

• Compensation is approximately $50 to $500 per week or per task, depending on the assignment and agreed payment terms.
