  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) configurations, including billing, dunning, credit management, and incoming payment processing.
  • Maintain seamless FI/CO integrations with adjacent SAP modules, specifically Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).

Development, Testing & Production Support

  • Draft functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces, partnering directly with ABAP developers on technical builds.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support tickets and high-priority incidents across the FICO system landscape while meeting established SLA standards.
  • Author and execute comprehensive test plans across all phases (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression) and record results.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, system configuration rationale, end-user guides, and training manuals.
  • Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions on SAP FICO workflows and system features.

Requirements
