SAP Finance Lead

We’re seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to provide both technical and functional leadership for a complex SAP ECC Finance environment. In this role, you’ll partner with Finance stakeholders, business leaders, and global support teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical financial systems. You will lead configuration, integrations, production support, and enhancement initiatives while driving operational excellence across the SAP Finance landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the support, configuration, and optimization of SAP ECC FI/CO applications.
• Manage and resolve complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Drive end-to-end SAP Finance integrations with MM, SD, banking platforms, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to enhance business processes and system functionality.
• Support financial close activities, reconciliations, and compliance-related initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ABAP developments, interfaces, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and payment file integrations.
• Lead testing efforts, deployments, upgrades, and system enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore AMS teams to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and best practices., * Stable and highly available SAP Finance applications.
• Efficient financial closing and reconciliation processes.
• Reduced incident volumes and improved issue resolution times.
• Seamless integration between Finance and enterprise systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on SAP ECC FI/CO expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Extensive experience in SAP Finance configuration, troubleshooting, and AMS/production support.
• Proven experience supporting financial business processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience with ABAP troubleshooting, IDocs, APIs, middleware platforms, payment files, and banking interfaces.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance integrations with MM, SD, and external applications.
• Experience leading production support, incident management, root cause analysis, testing, and deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP environments.
• Exposure to automation and AI-enabled Application Management Services (AMS).
• Experience working with globally distributed onsite/offshore support teams.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and financial reporting processes.
