Senior Software Engineer - OpenShift / Middleware / Cloud

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in OpenShift, IBM MQ, Linux, and cloud platform engineering. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise OpenShift environments, deploying IBM MQ on containerized platforms, automating infrastructure, and supporting secure, scalable, highly available cloud solutions.

OpenShift: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, securing, and managing OpenShift platforms. Linux & Containers: 5+ years of experience with Linux, containerization, and container orchestration. IBM MQ: 3+ years of experience with queue managers, channels, clustering, TLS/security, and IBM MQ on OpenShift using the IBM MQ Operator. Infrastructure Automation: 3+ years of experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python, or equivalent automation tools. CI/CD & DevOps: 3+ years of experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Harness, or Argo CD. Monitoring & Observability: 3+ years of experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry. Cloud & Security: Knowledge of Azure/Google Cloud Platform, networking, persistent storage, TLS, high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise security controls. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or event-driven architecture. Experience in financial services or other regulated enterprise environments.
