Requirements
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, running design reviews, and mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
- Back-End Mastery: 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years specializing in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and WebFlux.
- Front-End Expertise: 6+ years of front-end experience utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- API & Integration: 5+ years building high-throughput RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Stack Depth: Proven experience with Node.js, asynchronous programming, ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA), and databases (MySQL, Cassandra).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on expertise building and deploying infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (AWS is a plus).
