We have multiple openings spanning both skillsets at our local Financial Services customers. We are only able to leverage direct W2 candidates for these openings; C2C, transfers and sub-vendor candidates will not be reviewed.

Our client is seeking experienced Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Project/Program Managers to support multiple strategic Cybersecurity initiatives within evolving Agile environments. These PMs and RTEs will partner closely with leadership within their Cybersecurity organizations. SAFe governance and coaching tenure required for consideration.

These roles will be administering to an array of the following:

• Serve as the Release Train Engineer for cybersecurity-focused Agile Release Trains.
• Support multiple cybersecurity domains, partnering across various business and technology teams
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery across 7-8 Agile teams consisting of approximately 55-70 team members.
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, dependency management, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and mentoring to teams, leaders, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
• Act as a servant leader who helps teams remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.
• Lead Agile transformation efforts and help mature Agile practices within a developing cybersecurity organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish scalable processes, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Foster collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with strategic cybersecurity objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help build Agile maturity throughout the organization.
• Map program status via Jira and other collaboration tools.
• Provide project sizing, tracking, resource allocation, budget management, etc.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
