Social Media Designer

Join a brand social media team focused on raising the creative bar across all brand channels. Reporting to the Design Director, you’ll turn brand campaigns, product announcements, customer stories, cultural moments, and breaking news into clear, compelling visual stories tailored to each platform., * Create social-first graphics, motion assets, thumbnails, and storyboards for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads

• Develop story-driven, platform-native content aligned with brand voice and campaign strategy
• React quickly to cultural moments with timely, relevant social content
• Design narrative graphics, data visualizations, and photo-led stories
• Use performance and engagement data to refine formats and test new storytelling approaches
• Manage multiple projects at once while keeping design quality high

• 5+ years in B2B or consumer tech social content creation or a related creative field
• Portfolio must include organic social work (carousels, feed assets, video thumbnails, infographics)
• Strong design craft: typography, layout, composition, color
• Motion design fundamentals: animating graphics, building motion templates, simple short-form video
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong grasp of social trends and platform algorithms
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to work with stakeholder feedback
• Hands-on experience using AI tools while maintaining brand standards
