ETL Developer (Power BI, Informatica)

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer (Power BI, Informatica) to design, build and support enterprise data integration solutions that power reporting, analytics and business decision-making. This role will play a critical part in enhancing data quality, optimizing ETL processes and delivering scalable business intelligence solutions across the organization., Design, develop and maintain enterprise ETL and data integration solutions.

Build scalable data pipelines to support reporting, analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and data models.

Design and support enterprise data warehouse solutions.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test and deploy data solutions.

Perform ETL testing, code reviews and performance optimization to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration, performance and data quality issues.

Establish and promote ETL development standards and best practices.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to other members of the data team., This position is based on a flagship corporate campus in Pleasant Prairie, WI, ideally located between Chicago and Milwaukee. The site is easily accessible from Kenosha, Gurnee, Waukegan, Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Lake Forest, Deerfield, and Northbrook, providing access to a broad and diverse professional talent pool while maintaining a manageable daily commute.

Power BI, Database Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Informatica, Enterprise Data Integration, Database Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Informatica, Power BI, Business Solutions, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

8+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering or data warehousing.

Strong hands-on Informatica experience is required.

5+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica, including workflow development, mappings, transformations, performance tuning and production support.

Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise data integration solutions.

Advanced SQL and T-SQL development expertise, including query optimization, performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic data models.

Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture, ETL methodologies and data governance best practices.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issues.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Experience mentoring team members and providing technical leadership within a data engineering environment.

• Compensation: $60 - $85 an hour depending on experience
