HR Technology Consultant

6+ years experience working in an HR technology or similar analytical role Must have data warehouse analytics experience Must have extensive Oracle Fusion development experience Must have experience pulling data from Oracle HCM to Oracle FDI Strong SQL skills Oracle data security experience is a major plus Experience with iCIMS data tables, and knowledge of python-based automation solutions is strongly preferred Experience working at a Fortune 500 company is a major plus

HR Technology Consultant Join to apply for the HR Technology Consultant role at ClearBridge Technology Group Our client, a telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC, is in need of an HR Technology Consultant for a full-time position. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week onsite, the HR Technology Consultant will support the development and maintenance of the client’s HR tech applications, gather business requirements, and deliver analytical insights and recommendations. With a focus on enhancing Oracle FDI, this role will leverage and build data pipelines to meet evolving business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to support enterprise-wide HR technology projects through API-based integrations.
