SAP Transformation Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Project Manager to lead critical SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration projects. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across various SAP systems and related platforms. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering technical transformations that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities -Plan and coordinate SAP system upgrades, migrations, and technical transformation initiatives. -Manage project dependencies across infrastructure, Basis, security, integrations, development, data migration, and testing teams. -Collaborate closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP specialists, and external partners to ensure project milestones are met. -Oversee project scope, risks, issues, and governance to ensure smooth execution from planning to go-live. -Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders and ensure alignment of technical activities with business goals. -Drive continuous improvement in SAP landscape management and transformation processes.
