UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams., * Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience designing for insurance, financial services, healthcare, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and Confluence.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
