AI / Generative AI Tech Lead - Python, LLM & RAG

Implement AI solutions using AWS cloud services and follow enterprise architecture standards. Lead proofs of concept and evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical business applications. Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated validation processes for AI applications. Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance and response quality. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, responsible AI, and software development standards. Manage and mentor offshore AI engineers, provide technical guidance, and review deliverables. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams on solution design, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a related technology field. Practical experience developing Machine Learning and/or Generative AI applications. Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, specifically Claude and Kiro. Experience building RAG applications using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search. Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle. Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical collaboration skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support production-ready AI solution delivery. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI experience, including team leadership. Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps/LLMOps practices. Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and responsible AI principles. Experience in enterprise environments or regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or insurance. Experience with Python, SQL, NLP, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, document stores, and automated CI/CD. Experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
